  • What time should I arrive?

    Guests are kindly asked to arrive between 4:30 and 4:50 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

  • Where is the venue, and is there parking available?

    The celebration will be held at The Fontaine in Country Club Plaza, Kansas City, MO.

    Complimentary parking is available in the garage beneath the hotel. Please be sure to validate your parking at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

    Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will take place on the first level of The Fontaine.

  • What is the dress code?

    This is a black tie, formal event.

    We ask that all guests dress in black or gold attire, as outlined on the Attire page.

  • Can I bring a guest or my children?

    We’re hosting an intimate celebration with a carefully curated guest list.

    If you received an invitation that included children, they are welcome to attend.

  • What kind of atmosphere can we expect?

    This will be an evening of intention, celebration, and connection.

  • Will food and drinks be served?

    Yes! A delicious buffet-style dinner will be served, including vegetarian options. Drinks and desserts will follow.

  • Do I need to RSVP?

    Yes, please RSVP by August 9th using the link provided on your invitation or the RSVP page on this site.

  • Can I take photos during the ceremony?

    You are welcome to take photos, but we kindly ask that you stay clear of the professional photographers and be mindful of the ceremony space.

  • Will there be assigned seating?

    The first few tables are reserved for family, and the remaining seating will be open and first come, first served.

  • I have dietary restrictions. Will there be options?
